  • What if I want to buy a variety pack of signs?
    A variety pack - 1 of each sign - is now available in our store! Cost per sign is slightly more than in our standard 10-pack of one sign because the sign printer charges more for printing individual signs than packs of them. Good news though, they direct ship straight from the printer - you'll get them quickly. If you want to pay more for shipping for a different variety pack, we can ship a variety pack to you from our stock. Fill out the form below to receive a shipping estimate!   • Do you accept donations?
    Yes, we do! Click this link for more information. We are a legal 501(c)3 organization so your donation is tax deductible.
  • Do you want to partner with my project/mission/nonprofit/church etc?
    It's been amazing to learn of people's own passion projects, nonprofit organizations, or business giving initiatives but at this time we're not engaging in any partnerships. The biggest reason we don't is because we've decided aligning with an organization that focuses on one cause isn't in the best interest of our movement. For example, although we started in response to the suicides in our community, our movement is much broader than mental health awareness - our messages resonate with all kinds of people for all kinds of reasons. We want the movement to stay open and undefined - not religious, not one cause, not targeting any group in particular. This may change some day, but not soon!
  • What can I do to spread the movement?

  • How often do you add new product? Open to suggestions?
    Full transparency: we don't add new product often. We're a small operation and adding items increases our need for a bigger facility and new vendors. No plans to expand our products (yet)!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    YESSS! For a shipping estimate, fill out this form (and have ready the list of items you want to purchase)! But note, when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility as we are only charging the shipping fee for your order. DGU does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to DGU, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the customer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to DGU.
  • How do you cover operational costs if you sell everything at-cost?
    Each product has between 5 to 25 cents tacked on to cover credit card fees, packaging, minimal shipping/office supplies, and our website/taxes/PO Box/shipping account fees. Luckily we've avoided expensive overhead so far (knock on wood) and can buy in big enough quantities to drive some of the cost down!
  • Are there volunteer opportunities within your organization?
    Gosh, we love this question! But no. We don't have any need for volunteers. But please give your time and talents to a worthy cause/organization!
  • Can you print custom products?
    On a rare occasion we'll print custom product (different language etc). If you don't want to order in quantities over 500, small batches of print products are extremely expensive.
  • Can you donate or discount product to our group/organization?
    Because we sell all our goods at-cost, we don't make a profit or margin - meaning we can't afford to be generous by giving product away. As for discounts, consider everything already discounted because we sell as close to at-lost as we can. Score!
